You’ll receive one of three ‘traffic-light’ responses:
- Green - the proposal fits our lending criteria
- Amber - more information is required
- Red - the proposal does not fit our lending criteria
A green response represents a decision in principle to a business mortgage or loan offer and we will work with you quickly and efficiently to progress your clients’ loan to the next stage.
*Any decision we communicate via the website is to indicate that a referral meets our lending criteria. Such a decision does not constitute a lending offer.
When completing the Decision in Principle you declare that the replies to the questions contained in this referral and any supplementary application form(s) and/or information and documents submitted are true and complete in every respect to the best of your knowledge and you understand that Bank of Cyprus UK will use any information provided and that information may form the basis of any contract between the Bank and the proposed borrower.
