SMS text alerts
In addition to keeping you updated on your account balance and recent transactions, our SMS Text service will also alert you if a potentially suspicious or unusual debit card payment occurs on your account. An alert will be sent to your mobile phone asking you to contact the bank if you do not recognise the transaction.
This free service ensures that you and the bank are made aware of fraudulent activity promptly, so that cards can be blocked quickly before any further fraudulent activity on the account occurs.
