Bank of Cyprus UK – New York free prize draw

Terms and Conditions - September 2011

3 prizes will be on offer:
- First prize: 1 (one) 3 night stay to New York for 2 adults, to include:
  - Return scheduled economy flights from London Heathrow to New York.
  - Return shuttle transfers between the airport and hotel.
  - 4* Millennium Broadway Hotel, Room only.
  - Travel any weekend in 2011 or 2012, excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holiday periods and any holidays or trade fairs local to New York.
- Second prize: 1 (one) 1 night theater break for two in London, to include:
  - Two top price tickets from a selection of shows (eg Chicago, Blood Brothers, Woman in Black and Lend Me a Tenor).
  - An overnight stay in a 3* hotel (eg Central Park, Henry V111, Royal Eagle, Norfolk Plaza and Thistle City Barbican).
  - Breakfast the following morning.
  - Experience gift pack which will include the full terms and conditions on how to claim.
  - PA cover to a value of £50,000 plus cancellation indemnity.
- Third prize: 1 (one) 16GB iPad 2 Wifi.
No purchase necessary to qualify for any of the above prizes however you will have to pay for a valid passport to travel if you do not already have one along with suitable travel insurance and provide your own spending money.
To qualify, you must be a Bank of Cyprus UK customer who has provided us with up-to-date details in accordance with our letter posted to you in October 2011, either by completing the form that was enclosed with that letter and posting it back to us or by providing your details over the phone to us by no later than 5pm on 18 November 2011, to be automatically entered into the New York prize draw. Alternatively, you will also be automatically entered into the prize draw if you complete our Customer Information Questionnaire at our North London branch on or before 18 November 2011 by no later than 4pm.
All entries must include name, address or email address and phone number or the unique reference code which was included on our letter to you and must be received no later than 5pm on 18 November 2011. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid. Only one entry per person.
One winner for each prize will be drawn at random on 25 November 2011 and the winner will be notified by mail or email no later than 9 December 2011.
The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over and excludes employees of Bank of Cyprus UK, its agencies or their families.
The prize is subject to availability. Bank of Cyprus UK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
The prize winner will be published on Bank of Cyprus UK website and prize winner details may also be obtained by written request by sending an stamped addressed envelope to New York Prize Draw, Marketing, Bank of Cyprus UK, PO Box 17484, 87 Chase Side, London N14 5WH on or before 9 December 2011.
Bank of Cyprus UK decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation.
Bank of Cyprus UK cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss or injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting a prize.
Bank of Cyprus UK reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this New York free prize draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
The terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
